Review:
Redemption Road is an intriguing name, but only a tiny piece of the novel. John Hart starts with a bang, then continues to wow readers throughout the novel, hinting at the truth in flashbacks and an occasional mystery POV; the POV of the killer.

The synopsis only gives you a tiny of what's to come in Redemption Road. However, the two characters mentioned do not seem to be connected; only after reading a few chapters do you see the start of their connection.

I don't read many thrillers, not because I don't enjoy them, they're just not really on my radar. John Hart's style of writing is very different from my usual Patricia Cornwell, but I love it just as much, if not even more.

Redemption Road is structured incredibly carefully, and every intricate detail had a hidden meaning. I never guessed the ending, every theory I had was way off, and the ending was cut-throat, shocking, and definitely unexpected. The story lines began to tie together as I got into the book, and John Hart chose the right perspective for Redemption Road. Just like David Baldacci's back cover review said, I'm definitely going to be reading more John Hart.
